Job Description

Quaboag Regional Middle / High School is seeking an energetic, collaborative, student-centered educator to teach a variety of science courses.

Candidates should have:
• Massachusetts educator licensure; experience preferred but not required;
• Strong content knowledge including the current science standards
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
• Possesses excellent organization skills;
• Proven ability to effectively identify and apply new technologies;
• Possesses strong written and oral communication skills;

    Job Requirements

    • • Teach five sections of High School Science;
      • Possess appropriate computer skills;
      • Use appropriate guidelines, curriculum, instructional strategies to continually develop and implement comprehensive curricula;
      • Collect and document accurate information / data on student progress using tools and assessments rooted in appropriate curriculum standards;
      • Complete all paperwork and reports required in a thorough and timely manner, including grades and weekly updating in online gradebook;

      QRMHS is comprised of two Innovation Schools (9-12) and (7-8) with a STEM-oriented focus. QRMHS was recently named Silver Medalist by US News & World Report.
