Job Description

ATX Learning is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) who is looking for placement at School. The primary function is to identify and provide services to students who meet eligibility requirements for the speech-language program, communicates with professionals and parents regarding integration of speech and language goals in classroom and home environment.

Details of assignment:
• Position: Full-time
• Case Load: Moderate
• Start date: ASAP
• End date: June 2018

Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities include providing direct and indirect speech services for students.
• Management of all aspects of students programming.
• Must be flexible, have a strong desire to improve student learning and collaborate in a professional learning community.
• Posses the ability to support the children with communication challenges
• Development and maintain collaboration with colleagues, staff and other providers

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• ASHA-CCC
• Valid Connecticut state license as a Speech Language Pathologist
