Job Description

ATX Learning is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for Redwood city, California. This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable and growing organization. Candidate must have a current California license / eligible to apply, to practice as a speech pathologist.
The Speech Pathologist will perform screenings, assess Students condition, and design therapy and treatment plans to help the Students develop necessary speech skills.To succeed as a Speech Pathologist, you should be willing to alter Assessments to better suit the Students need of a diverse Student population. You should be caring, adaptable, analytical, and resourceful.

• Master’s Degree as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence.
• Valid California state license as a Speech language pathologist.
• Minimum One year of experience preferred as speech language pathologist in California.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include providing direct and indirect speech services for students.
• Management of all aspects of student programming include: speech/language therapy, assessment, writing IEP's, and collaborating with staff and parents effectively.
• Management of all aspects of students programming.
• Posses the ability to support the children with communication challenges.
