Easter Seals NH is seeking a Worksite Instructor to assist community based employment services efforts in the Stratham region. In this dynamic role, you will create and oversee job development efforts that connect adults with disabilities to employment. Assessing specialized needs and developing pathways that lead to successful job placement outcomes is a life altering mission fostered by compassion, talent, and a strong working knowledge of the area. Excellent communication and sales skills, an ability to develop relationships with large and small employers and a desire to contribute to an exceptional team is key. We conduct client intake interviews, prepare candidates for job interviews, provide transportation and oversee support to clients and businesses in all phases of the process.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, two years of work experience, and an ability to work a flexible schedule. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance are required. This position can be combined with a part time Direct Support Associate to provide a full time opportunity. Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
