Job Description

Coast Episcopal School (CES) is an independent school located on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. CES is looking for a qualified, caring, and capable upper elementary school teacher to serve as the 5th grade homeroom teacher and Grades 4th-6th Math Teacher and Pre-Algebra Teacher. CES uses the Singapore Math program. Knowledge of this program or the ability to learn it is a must. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree. Teaching experience in an independent school is preferred but not required.

    • Must be able to teach 4th-6th Grade Math and Pre-Algebra, as well as be a 5th Grade Homeroom Teacher. CES uses Singapore Math. Must be able to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues. Must be able to speak English. Must pass a background check. Must be able to stay after school to assist with homework.
