Job Description

Project PATCH is a Christian residential treatment program for teens (ages 13 – 17). Our clients are normal kids making poor choices. Project PATCH is licensed for 40 clients and has nearly 40 staff. Project PATCH is licensed by the State of Idaho as a child residential treatment program. Project PATCH is also accredited by The Joint Commission.

This position will be responsible for individual crisis counseling, conducting groups and individual therapy, family sessions, facilitating communication, case management, and reporting. The person in this position interacts with other therapists and direct care staff to ensure client is progressing though the program. Knowledge of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) a plus.

Project PATCH uses a number of methods to help clients reach their potential including counseling assignments, individual, group and family therapy as well as experiential learning through group builders and initiative course activities.

    • Relocation to Garden Valley, ID (one hour north of Boise) is necessary as there are some on-call required hours each month.
