Job Description

Morrow County School District is accepting applications for a Head Secretary at Sam Boardman Elementary School in Boardman, OR to start with the 2017/18 school year.

Starting date: August 1, 2017.

Position will remain open until filled.

 

 

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:  Under the direct supervision of the building principal, the secretary supervises, performs or causes to be performed the correspondence, filing, communication, and reports required of the school office. The head secretary supervises all department secretaries, and is an integral part in the efficiency and functionality of the school.

 

Desirable skills: Word, Excel, Quick Books; good with the public; organized; trustworthy; confidential; prompt.

 

Qualifications: Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.  Must have a working knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping and computers.
