Willamette Education Service District is accepting applications for a part-time (.9 FTE) School Psychologist position with the Special Education Department’s K-12 Program for the 2018-2019 school year. This position provides eligibility evaluations for special education students and consultation services to local school staff within our service area which includes Marion, Polk and Yamhill counties. The selected candidate will work a 190-day calendar and will begin August 24, 2018.
Duties and Responsibilities

~ Employees may opt to donate one day of sick leave to become a member of the
Sick Leave Bank.
~ Members may draw up to 25 days of sick leave if catastrophic illness or injury
leaves the employee without paid leave time to cover their absence from work.
6. Tuition Reimbursement
o Up to $1,441 per year for professional development for licensed staff (if there
are unexpended or uncommitted dollars in the fund at the end of the fiscal year,
employees may receive additional tuition reimbursement).

o WESD hosts a variety of online training classes
o First Aid/CPR classes offered onsite
o CPD – Continuing Professional Development Program
~ Includes workshops, conferences, and mentorship programs.
o This position qualified for a $2,400 annual differential
Salary and benefits are prorated based upon FTE and hire date.
