Dr. Marinel D. McGrath, Superintendent of Schools for Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District in Wenham, MA and her assistant Jean Vitale were operating as an entire human resources department when they were introduced to SchoolSpring. "We're a small school district and we don't have the funds necessary to staff and equip a complete HR department," explained Dr. McGrath.

Not only was Dr. McGrath spending thousands of dollars on newspaper ads for just a few teaching positions and seeing average results, she and her assistant were spending hours collecting and managing applications.
