Spring has arrived…finally!
Longer days, warmer weather, and summer vacation is just around
the corner. But it also means that the list of jobs you have to
fill for next year is growing and so now is the time to find those
new teachers. I’m happy to report that we have over 22,000
registered educators and our college recruitment effort, the SchoolSpring
Road Show, was a huge success! By the end of this month, we’ll
have visited dozens of New England colleges and seen over 2,000
new graduates that are looking for jobs. Things are really looking
up this Spring!
Please enjoy the newsletter and call 888-546-3487
or email us at contact@schoolspring.com
if you have any questions or comments.

With
a few stops still left on the SchoolSpring Road Show, this
unique college recruitment program has already exceeded everyone's
expectations. We visited dozens of colleges and universities, met
with College Career Offices, and gave presentations and awarded
prizes to hundreds of graduating education students. The feedback
has been fantastic and we’re already planning for next year.
Jennifer Kirby, Recruitment Coordinator at the Harvard
Graduate School of Education, sums up the sentiment we heard from
many of the College Career Offices, "By simplifying the application
process, SchoolSpring has created one-stop shopping for teachers
and administrators. The benefits to both the job seekers and the
schools hiring are incredible."

Guests Can’t Wear out
Their Welcome with SchoolSpring
I love having guests stay at the house. It’s always fun to
entertain but when the stay becomes “extended”, I wish
I could let them know its time to go without any uncomfortable conversation!
With SchoolSpring’s “Guest” user role, however,
you can easily limit the amount of information and access of interview
team members.
SchoolSpring allows different levels of access for
every user. I get many questions about the “Guest” user
role and how it works. This role is for users whom you want to only
view jobs, review applicants and interview schedules for a specific
job opening. This allows you to assign a staff, board, or community
member to selection committees and provide access to the information
necessary to evaluate candidates for explicitly specified positions.
These users cannot access any other information on the site. Imagine
that, only letting guest see what you want them to see. Wouldn’t
that be great! |

Our new training program will enhance your understanding and maximize
the benefits of SchoolSpring. Your staff will learn about all the
great features of SchoolSpring that you can use to make hiring easier
and less expensive. You might even join one of the many districts
that are going paperless and saving time and money!
Here’s what John Moses, Superintendent of Mascoma Valley
Regional School District, had to say about a recent training in
his district “We have been using Schoolspring for a period
of time, but the training that you provided the administrators will
make an excellent service even better.”
Contact Adam Wing at adamwing@schoolspring.com
or call 888-546-3487 to schedule training for your
district! All we need is a computer lab and an hour of your time.
