| Jim has been in the education field 27 years as a teacher, principal and superintendent. He has managed school districts with multi-million dollar budgets. As a school administrator he was considered a leader and entrepreneur, especially in the area of technology. As principal of Champlain Valley Union High School, Jim pioneered the first distance-learning program in the Northeast.
Since 1990, doing business as Fitzpatrick Associates, Jim has provided in-service and keynotes to educators around the world on issues involving responsibility, organizational climate, school culture and positive discipline. He is a member of various national educational groups and has traveled to over 25 countries and 40 states for his work. He holds a Masters Degree and Certificate of Advanced Study in Administration and Planning from UVM and a Bachelors Degree in History and Geography from Kent State University.

Susan has worked in the education and social service fields for 22 years. She was the director of the Enrichment Program at Charlotte, VT School for 11 years and began many initiatives for gifted children, including Odyssey of the Mind, John Hopkins Talent Search, Math Olympiad, Geography Bee, and the Shakespeare Festival. Susan has written a number of grants for public and postsecondary educational institutions. She has a Masters in Counseling from St. Michael's College and a Bachelors from Kent State University. In addition to working with SchoolSpring, she also provides private career counseling services.

Clark began his career at General Electric developing and leading web applications projects for e-commerce, supplier extranets and document management. Clark was project leader for the development of a proprietary careers website, including online résumé creation, job search, and an internal job posting and application management system. Prior to cofounding SchoolSpring, Clark helped found Forepoint, providing data services to Internet merchants, including several Fortune 1000 companies. Clark graduated summa cum laude from Syracuse University with a degree in Information Management and Technology.

Dr. Cindi Baker-Flow is a results-driven professional who experienced classroom success in public schools in Massachusetts and across the country in institutions of higher learning, mentoring future teachers. After working as a school administrator in Houston, Texas, she moved on to the corporate sector of education where she has excelled for more than twenty years. As a sales executive she has represented companies with classroom instructional materials, multimedia resources, and a variety of digital and web-based products. Cindi was most recently a vice president with Harcourt Connected Learning where she worked in the area of online professional development. Cindi holds a Doctor of Education from the University of Northern Colorado, a Masters of Arts in Education from the University of Maryland and a BS from Bridgewater State College.

Mary Beth has worked in Vermont public school offices for many years and is familiar with both school and district processes from a variety of angles. She is also no stranger to the classroom having been both a school aide and substitute teacher. In the private sector, Mary-Beth worked for a start-up bio-tech company in the Boston area as Human Resources Administrator and Payroll Officer. Mary Beth is a graduate of New Hampshire College with a degree in Business Management.

Derrek started his technical career as a programming consultant for web applications. He spent ten years working with clients on enterprise web applications from cargo tracking to medical reporting tools. During this time he also cofounded All of Zero, a web and iPhone application development firm focusing on problem solving using leading edge technology. In 2004 he joined SchoolSpring to help improve the next generation of job management tools for educators. He went to college at the young age of sixteen and graduated with a B.A. at twenty from Simon�s Rock College. His passion is applying technology to improve quality of life.

Lisa has a varied background in the fields of human resources, education, healthcare, and sales. After graduating with a degree in Psychology from the University of Hartford, Lisa began her career as a Human Resources Generalist for Quest Diagnostics. Lisa�s experience in the classroom includes teaching computer enrichment classes to preschoolers and engineering enrichment classes to school aged children with Computertots, Inc. Most recently, Lisa sold online advertising for the pregnancy and parenting websites BabyZone and ParentZone, before coming to SchoolSpring in 2007. In her spare time Lisa enjoys volunteering and playing flute in various local concert bands. Lisa and her husband Marc live on the North Shore of Massachusetts and have two children, a son and a daughter, both attending college.

Thérèse has 23 years of experience in the technology and Internet sectors, including ten years in organizational development with Lotus/IBM where she was involved in architecting and managing several worldwide programs. For the past ten years, Thérèse has consulted for leading edge companies including Adobe, EMC, Cognizant, New York Times Digital, Open Text, Polycom, SaleQuest, SchoolSpring, Yahoo!, Upstream Group and VMware. With her exceptional sales/marketing skills as well as organization, operational and project management skills, Thérèse has consistently helped companies distill vision into concrete action, and helped them bring large-scale projects to completion in rapidly changing environments. Thérèse graduated with honors from Amherst College and spent the first two years out of college teaching at the Midland School, a unique college preparatory school in Los Olivos, California. A former nationally ranked swimmer, she also successfully completed the Boston Marathon (3:35:22) and is a 4th Degree Black Belt and senior martial arts instructor. Thérèse is based in New Haven, Vermont, with her husband, Nathan Heilman, DVM and their two children Emmaline and Giles.

Julie has a diverse background in education, human resources, corporate training, and sales. Julie started her career as a classroom teacher and taught elementary education for 11 years. She also worked as the executive administrative Assistant to the Superintendent and Human Resources. She is also a former business owner and manager of a women's health club where she led all sales, marketing, and training operations. Julie is a certified nutritional health counselor and has delivered dozens of training seminars at various corporations and educational institutions. She holds a Masters degree in education from Lesley University and received her nutrition training certification from Columbia University Teachers College. Julie serves on the principal's council for her daughter's middle school and volunteers as team manager for the sports in which her children participate. She lives in northern Massachusetts with her husband Rich, and two children.

Her commitment to customer service at SchoolSpring has developed her ability to patiently listen, understand and find solutions. Christine lives in Burlington, Vermont and in her spare time Christine enjoys oil painting and spending time outdoors hiking, biking and kayaking.
