Job Description
The Therapeutic Learning Center (TLC) paraprofessional will work with the classroom teacher to provide support to students’ in grades K-5. The TLC instructional program is a self-contained classroom for students that are identified with emotional and behavior problems that affect their learning. The paraprofessional will provide hands-on support as directed by the classroom teacher to enable students to achieve their maximum potential. The paraprofessional will assist with the basic academic and behavioral functions of students.

Candidates should meet the NCLB Highly Qualified Paraprofessional requirements of:
Associates Degree, or
48 college credits, or
Completion of a formal Loal Assessment Program, or
Completion of one of the formal Massachusetts endorsed Assessments: ParaPro or WorkKeys
Knowledge and training in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) preferred.

Salary: Consistent with the Randolph Educators' Association Support Bargaining Contract
