Job Description
Randolph Public Schools Athletics Department is seeking a Freshman Football Coach.

Duties of the Freshman Football Coach include:
• Assists in the necessary preparation to hold scheduled sport events or practices and adheres to scheduled facility times.
• Provides documentation to fulfill state and system requirements concerning physical examinations, parental consent and eligibility.
• Provides proper safeguards for maintenance and protection of assigned equipment and sites.
• Organizes players for pre-season and post-season meetings.
• Responsible for maintaining good relations with parents, officials, volunteers and fans.
• Monitor grades of students/athletes on the freshman basketball team.
• Communicates with athletic trainer concerning injuries and student playing status
• Works with the head coach and offensive and defensive coordinators to ensure safety, skill development, and progress of each player during off-season and in season workouts/practices including, including the monitor and support of academics.
• Reports directly to Head Football Coach and Athletic Director
• Participate in community services opportunities as well as being an active participant in fundraising.
• Participate in various camps and clinics given by the head coach to help develop players and you as a coach

This position requires: MIAA Coaches Certification, Prior Playing and Coaching Experience, and successful completion of a CORI. A strong commitment to academic and athletic success of all student-athletes is expected as well as effective communication skills.
