Employment Opportunities

Hopkinton is a growing community committed to educational excellence. The recruitment and retention of high quality staff is a priority of the Hopkinton Public Schools.

The District professional staff is engaged in a multi-year project to develop curriculum that is focused on teaching for understanding of enduring understandings and essential questions in all grades and courses. Professional development is largely school-based. Teachers in leadership roles work with administration to determine the priority of professional development activities and school interventions to raise student achievement.

All educators new to the District participate in a comprehensive orientation program and each new educator is assigned a trained mentor for the first school year.

Hopkinton offers a very competitive salary scale, a comprehensive benefits package, tuition reimbursement for teachers up to $1,250.00 annually, and a graduate credit and degree salary incentive program that includes eight steps.

Hopkinton seeks highly qualified and deeply committed educators to join a dynamic and high-achieving community of students, educators, parents, and community members.
