| Winfield is a community school that proudly services students located in the Liberty Road, Old Court Road, and North Rolling Roads area. Our school offers instructional programs for children from pre-kindergarten through grade 5. Winfield offers a safe and nurturing learning environment where students are encouraged to meet challenges and assume ownership of their learning. Our staff includes an Instructional Coach, Teacher Mentor, GT Catalyst, two reading specialists, and a STEM-RT teacher that assists in ensuring an excellent educational program for our students by providing on-going embedded professional development for teachers. All teachers and support staff are highly qualified. Winfield’s attendance averages 450 students per year. In an effort to establish involvement of community stakeholders, Winfield has developed partnerships with our PTA, as well as local businesses. In order to accommodate all stakeholders, Winfield provides in-school, after-school and evening academic programs. Extra-curricular activities include dance,24 Challenge, and Cup Stacking teams as well as intramurals. |
