Additional Benefits Information Greater Lowell Technical High School provides eligible employees an array of benefits including Health, Dental, Life and Disability Insurance, and retirement benefits administered by the Massachusetts Teachers Retirement System (MTRS) for educators and administrators, or Middlesex Retirement System for non-educational staff. A deferred compensation plan is provided to individuals, such as per diem teachers, that are not eligible for membership in one of the State Retirement Systems. In addition a Voluntary Supplemental Retirement Plan, 403b, is offered as well as an Employee Assistance Program and other benefits.
