Job Description
Provide leadership for teachers by collaborating, planning, organizing and facilitating change to improve classroom instruction.
Analyze data and assist teachers in the interpretation to measure and improve student achievement.
Provide knowledge of appropriate standards and content.
Facilitate the use of research based teaching strategies and best practices to address the needs of the teacher and obtain school goals.
Provides staff development as needed to implement the school’s improvement plan.
Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and ethical standards to achieve the goals of Sanders Unified School District.
Work collaboratively with teachers in order to affect horizontal and vertical continuity in the school’s instructional program.
Observes teachers in their classrooms and offers insights for enhancement of their teaching.
Create an atmosphere of trust and collaboration among staff to promote professional growth and reading achievement of struggling readers.

Job Requirements
Master’s Degree, Reading Endorsement and/or Math Endorsement with 3-5 years of coaching experience
Valid Arizona Driver’s License
Outstanding human relation skills (students, parents/community, teachers)
Knowledge in basic computer skills and programs (Microsoft Word/Publisher/Excel)
Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills in English
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Master degree preferred
  • Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
