Position will support challenging behavior needs of students in preschool– grade 4 at Allen Brook School (Williston, VT), and assist the Planning Room director with our discipline system of Reality Therapy and Responsive Classroom. Implement behavior plans, supervise students, and teach expected student behavior in classrooms, lunch, recess, and bus. Must be a team player, patient, consistent, a role model for all, energetic, physically and emotionally well, able to accept and implement feedback, follow directions/protocols/procedures and have great communication skills. Must believe in inclusion and success for all students and be able to work hard on behalf of the most challenging students.
School year position, 8 to 3 p.m., 32.5 hours /week, unpaid leave when school is not in session.

The Allen Brook School at 497 Talcott Road serves students from Pre-K/EEE to grade 4.
The Williston Central School at 195 Central School Drives serves grades K to 8.
