The FLLAC Collaborative is seeking a Data Specialist to assist MA high need school district to access and analyze school and district data, train and support district leadership to create a sustainable culture of data driven, evidenced based improvement practices and meet regularly with district, MA DESE and District and School Assistance Center (DSAC) staff. Familiarity with MA Educational Data Warehouse and other data resources, statistics and experience with providing professional develoment and technical assistance.
This is a grant funded position

Familiar with MA EDW, SIMS, MCAS, AYP and EPIMS preferred. Statistical analysis software. Strong experience in quantitative analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
At least 5 years of relevant experience preferred
Masters degree preferred Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required |
