Grand Isle School has an opening for a part-time Title 1 Teacher. This teacher will work collaboratively with primary grade teachers (Grades 3-5) to provide math and reading diagnostics and instruction to students who qualify for additional support. Qualifications include the ability, desire, and passion to utilize creative and innovative instructional practices (Higher Order Thinking Skills, technology, Vermont Framework of Standards and Learning Opportunities, etc) that incorporate differentiated instructional strategies into lesson planning and delivery. The candidate should be able to utilize assessment to inform instruction and monitor student progress. Candidates must be HQT and hold a current Vermont teaching license.
