Bruneau-Grand View Jt. School District #365 is looking for a dedicated and compassionate special education teacher to split time between Grand View and Bruneau Elementaries. This teacher will be responsible for special education services for approximately 10 students at Grand View Elementary and 2 students at Bruneau Elementary as well as pre-school at each school which is run by two paraprofessionals. Grand View Elementary has a total student enrollment of 126 and Bruneau Elementary has a total enrollment of 52. This position needs to be filled for second semester of the 2009-2010 school year as the current teacher is retiring. Many of our teachers live in Mountain Home, Boise and Nampa and car pool to our school. Mountain Home is about 30 minutes from Grand View, Nampa and Boise are each less than 1 hour away. We would work with someone who is working on their special education endorsement and work with the state department to get alternate authorization for the new teacher.
