Technology Support Specialist
Qualifications:
Experience in the following areas desired:
•Troubleshooting and repair/replacement of all pc hardware components and peripherals
•Installation and configuration of pc operating systems including all versions of Microsoft Windows
•Microsoft office support
•A+ certification minimum, industry standard certifications preferred
•2 years Windows server/active directory experience
•Group policy management and scripting desired
Responsibilities:
•Proficiency in basic computer skills
•Excellence in oral communication and interpersonal skills
•Demonstrates good organizational skills
•Shows initiative in problem solving
•Able to manage time effectively for maximum efficiency in accomplishing tasks
•Stays current with information technology as it relates to the school environment
•Ability to troubleshoot & maintain computer hardware
•Ability to install & maintain all district software packages
•Ability to train & supervise others in district software use
Salary per Technology Support Specialist Contract
