Mount Prospect Academy, in Plymouth, New Hampshire has an opening for a Residential Youth Counselor in our residential treatment facility for at-risk and adjudicated youth. We are looking for a motivated and energetic candidate who isn’t afraid of a challenge. We work with some very challenging teens that require lots of patience, consistency and dedication. Youth Counselors provide recreational and enrichment programming as well as supportive behavioral counseling and life skills instruction. A full time position. Benefits include a four day work week, medical and dental health insurance, 401K, overtime, lots of professional development and opportunities for advancement. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, education, recreation or a related field.
