The Bennington-Rutland Supervisory Union is adding two districts starting July 1, 2013. The Special Education Director will join two other special education directors and a very experienced administrative team in providing special education and instructional leadership to our districts. Extensive experience implementing Vermont special education rules and regulations is required. Successful candidates must be detail oriented, have polished communication skills, and be skilled at building partnerships among school staff, students, parents and service providers.
The possibility exists to start in this position prior to July 1, 2013.

Licensed or eligible for a license as a Vermont Special Education Director
At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
Master degree preferred Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required |
