Jim has been in the education field 27 years as a teacher, principal and superintendent. He has managed school districts with multi-million dollar budgets. As a school administrator he was considered a leader and entrepreneur, especially in the area of technology. As principal of Champlain Valley Union High School, Jim pioneered the first distance-learning program in the Northeast.

Since 1990, doing business as Fitzpatrick Associates, Jim has provided in-service and keynotes to educators around the world on issues involving responsibility, organizational climate, school culture and positive discipline. He is a member of various national educational groups and has traveled to over 25 countries and 40 states for his work. He holds a Masters Degree and Certificate of Advanced Study in Administration and Planning from UVM and a Bachelors Degree in History and Geography from Kent State University.

Susan has worked in the education and social service fields for 22 years. She was the director of the Enrichment Program at Charlotte, VT School for 11 years and began many initiatives for gifted children, including Odyssey of the Mind, John Hopkins Talent Search, Math Olympiad, Geography Bee, and the Shakespeare Festival. Susan has written a number of grants for public and postsecondary educational institutions. She has a Masters in Counseling from St. Michael's College and a Bachelors from Kent State University. In addition to working with SchoolSpring, she also provides private career counseling services.

Clark began his career at General Electric developing and leading web applications projects for e-commerce, supplier extranets and document management. Clark was project leader for the development of a proprietary careers website, including online résumé creation, job search, and an internal job posting and application management system. Prior to cofounding SchoolSpring, Clark helped found Forepoint, providing data services to Internet merchants, including several Fortune 1000 companies. Clark graduated summa cum laude from Syracuse University with a degree in Information Management and Technology.

Dr. Cindi Baker-Flow is a results-driven professional who experienced classroom success in public schools in Massachusetts and across the country in institutions of higher learning, mentoring future teachers. After working as a school administrator in Houston, Texas, she moved on to the corporate sector of education where she has excelled for more than twenty years. As a sales executive she has represented companies with classroom instructional materials, multimedia resources, and a variety of digital and web-based products. Cindi was most recently a vice president with Harcourt Connected Learning where she worked in the area of online professional development. Cindi holds a Doctor of Education from the University of Northern Colorado, a Masters of Arts in Education from the University of Maryland and a BS from Bridgewater State College.

Mary Beth has worked in Vermont public school offices for many years and is familiar with both school and district processes from a variety of angles. She is also no stranger to the classroom having been both a school aide and substitute teacher. In the private sector, Mary-Beth worked for a start-up bio-tech company in the Boston area as Human Resources Administrator and Payroll Officer. Mary Beth is a graduate of New Hampshire College with a degree in Business Management.

Lisa graduated with degree in Psychology from the University of Hartford, and spent several years in the field of Human Resources in the education and healthcare industries before branching into Sales. Lisa marketed and taught computer enrichment classes for children for several years before launching a highly successful after school program teaching engineering concepts to grade school and middle school children using educational Lego materials. Most recently, Lisa spent three years selling online advertising for a popular parenting website. Throughout the years Lisa has been an avid volunteer in her town, donating her time with her local public schools, sports and music programs, the Boy Scouts, and most notably as a 10-year leader with the Girl Scouts. Lisa is an accomplished flutist who has played with numerous orchestras, concert bands, and community theatre venues. Lisa and her husband Marc live on the North Shore of Massachusetts and have two children, a son attending college and a daughter attending high school.

Wil is a customer-driven individual who is more than a sales representative to his customers but rather a "partner" with them in helping solve their day-to-day organizational needs. Wil has over 20 years of customer solution experience including development of cost savings and efficiency programs. For 4 years Wil has worked very closely with the K-12 school system all across the US in developing their websites and web strategies. His experience includes three years of teaching web building programs. He has also helped K-12 schools with their parent communications and educational programs. Wil holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Fontbonne University; he has also earned MA and MBA degrees from JIU in Colorado.

Duffer is a dog made in heaven - adorable and low maintenance (only requires one short walk a day). He welcomes everyone at the door and loves Jim and Susan being around all day to keep him company. He was rescued from the dog pound 10 years ago and has never looked back. He is very proud of being the SchoolSpring mascot and sometimes when you call you can hear him in the background "welcoming" someone.

Ed Hart Mr. Fitz, SchoolSpring Spokesperson
Mr. Fitz has a background in K-12 education as a teacher and administrator. He was known for his innovative and entrepreneurial approach to school administration. He was always looking for ways to improve all aspects of the schools' and district's operations whether it be in instruction or transportation. His vision and reputation led him to SchoolSpring where he presently works. Through SchoolSpring's web-based service, Mr. Fitz helps school districts, candidates, and college career service centers streamline the job search, credentials, recruiting, and hiring process.

Rosie Rosie McCormick, Certified Teacher/Job Seeker
Rosie McCormick is certified to teach elementary, middle, and high school level math and reading. She has just completed a graduate program in innovative approaches to teaching reading and math to students with second languages. She is searching for a job that will allow her to use her skills and locate in an area where she can pursue her interests outside of work.

Ernie Earnest Mr. Earnest, School Administrator
Ernie is an experienced, innovative school leader. Beginning as a teacher, his vision and skills quickly set him on a career path toward administrative positions in the school district. Ernie has worked at all levels of K-12 education including central office positions.

Betty Beckham Betty Beckham, Administrative Assistant
Like most administrative assistants, Betty makes things happen in the office. She is a loyal, energetic and industrious staff member that truly keeps the daily operations in order. Betty is a problem solver. She is responsible for all aspects of the personnel and hiring logistics in the administrative office. She also communicates with all the job applicants, coordinates the internal paper work, advertising, committee work, and interviews.
